The Lord redeems the life of his servants; none of those who take refuge in Him will be condemned.

Psalm 34:22

When I am unfaithful to You, almighty God, when I fail to serve You well, I sometimes feel frustrated with myself and think You feel the same way.

But You don’t! You simply call me back to Yourself, back to the rivers of your redemption. Ther I can be washed clean, and there you can turn the tides of my wayward self-seeking back to seeking Your kingdom and your righteousness. Thank you for your tireless, redeeming love, dear Father. I take refuge in you today and always.
