Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
Psalm 34:14
Help me , dear Lord, to see peace. That might mean I have to back down from a fight. It might mean I don’t get my wy. It might mean that I don’t have to be right all the time. I don’t have to win. Help me put aside my selfish goals and consider the needs of others. Give me a sense of what You want in every situation.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.
